A 2-hour, virtual meeting with me to create your birth plan (partners invited/encouraged!)
Setting intentions and developing a vision for your birth desires

Ample time to ask all of your questions and talk through various scenarios
A downloadable, customized PDF birth plan to print and share with your provider and support team, laid out in an organized and easy-to-read format
Unlimited edits (by email) as needed after our meeting

Sometimes fears and other emotional blocks can hinder our access to what we want. This session is an opportunity to work through that!
A 1-hour virtual call to work through the big feelings that come with pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Partners welcome!
Though it’s not technically therapy, these conversations can be therapeutic – this is a chance to talk about fears, worries, past experiences, conflicts, hopes, and anything else – with a doula who has a mental healthcare background.
Unlimited resources/referrals from me following our session, as needed.

6 Weeks of unlimited texting support.
Access to my personal phone number, where you can ask me ALL your questions, talk about your needs/hopes/fears/etc., and ask for help with whatever you’re going through.
Guaranteed response within 12 hours (but usually sooner).
I will provide referrals and educational resources as needed.
This can be purchased at any point during pregnancy (or even multiple times throughout pregnancy)!
