4 sessions, 2 hours each:

- Session 2: Wednesday, June 11th, 2025, 5-7pm MST

- Session 4: Wednesday, June 25, 2025, 5-7pm MST
Fully virtual via Zoom
4 weeks of in-depth, unbiased, evidence-based childbirth education to support an educated and empowered birth, no matter what your vision
5 weeks of additional pre-recorded educational videos
Breastfeeding and newborn care videos

Includes optional postpartum reunion/check-in

4 sessions, 2 hours each:
- Fully virtual via Zoom
- You and I work together to determine meeting dates/times/start date/end date, so that the course fits around your schedule.
- Flexibility to change or rearrange class dates if needed
This is the same curriculum as the group course, but even more personalized and tailored to your needs.
You + one support person will be the only people in the class, allowing for individualized information, extra time for conversations and questions, and undivided attention during our classes.
