2 Prenatal visits to go over birth plan, comfort measures, preparing for birth and baby, and alllll the feelings!
Weekly email updates for 10 weeks before your due date with reading and educational resources
Available anytime via text and email
On-call 3 weeks before and 2 weeks after due date
Virtual support during early labor
Hands-on support during active labor
No time limit! I’m here for you, as long as it takes
1-2 hours of support after delivery
Backup doula on-call (just in case!)
Care package to take home
1 postpartum visit to check in and reminisce about your beautiful birth!

1-2 meetings before your birth with you and your older child(ren) to get to know each other and prepare for our time together
Weekly emails for the 10 weeks before your due date with information and resources for you and your child to prepare for the expansion of your family
Full physical and emotional care for your older child(ren) throughout active labor and delivery
Transportation for your child(ren) to/from school, activities, etc. if necessary
If older children ARE present for the birth: I will entertain, comfort, and explain the birth process to them in a developmentally-appropriate way
If older children are NOT present for the birth: I will transport older sibling(s) to the birth location after delivery and help facilitate the first meeting between siblings after birth
